Contact Electrical are committed to supporting community activities and with this vision we sponsor some community based organisation. Below are some of the sponsorships we currently support.
The Queechy Storm started a little over 3 years ago with a small idea from a group of Queechy High students who wished to start playing touch football. The Queechy Storm brand has rapidly grown over this time to a successful community club providing young adults with the opportunity to participate in sport.
The Queechy Storm is based at Queechy High School with approximately 20 per cent of the school population participating in this activity. The Storm today has 21 teams and 230 players participating weekly in the Launceston Touch competition and is the largest club based organisation in this association.
